As part of a school system’s continuous improvement process, staff members may be required to complete and submit individual professional development or growth plans (IPDPs).

PDExpress enables you to design and publish custom plan templates to be filled out by staff members. Personal goals identified on a plan are automatically linked to professional development activities and workshops. Once a plan is submitted, the plan is routed electronically (up to 9 levels) for review and approval. Staff members are automatically notified by email when their plans are approved or not approved.
